1. What is the baggage allowance for my route?

2. How many hours should i arrive before my flight departures?
a. For domestic flights, it is advised that you arrive two (2) hours prior to flight departure. b. For international flights, it is advised that you arrive three (3) hours prior to flight departure. c. For high/holiday seasons, it is advised that you arrive four (4) hours prior to flight departure.
3. Am i able to hold a reservation?
Most airlines allow to “hold” a reservation for 24 hours, within this time limit fares are not guaranteed until purchased. Discounted, lower or promotional fares require immediate purchase.
4. Why has my previous fare increase/change?
Fares are subject to availability at the time of purchase. Airlines reserve the right to modify and/or cancel reservations if not yet purchased. Fares are not guranteed until purchased.
5. What documents are needed for tsa?
a. For domestic flights, you will need your boarding pass and anygovernment issued photo i.d (e.g. valid driver’s license or passport) b. For international flights, you will need your boardin pass and a valid government issued passport (must have min. 6 months of validity)
